The mission of USF Polytechnic's Human Resource office is to provide leadership and expertise on human resource issues in support of our campus vision, mission, goals and beliefs by working as a business partner to create and maintain an ethically strong and value-based foundation. We are committed to accomplishing this through an unyielding investment in our people that promotes an environment of involvement, commitment, trust, respect, empowerment and personal accountability. We will seek and provide solutions to workplace issues by taking a proactive approach in assisting faculty & staff in a caring, trustworthy and timely manner.
