Admissions
The USF Polytechnic is an upper-division campus providing academic programs and courses at the junior, senior and graduate levels. Incoming freshmen and lower-level transfer students would need to apply to USF Tampa or USF St. Pete. All admissions applications are centrally processed at USF Tampa. However, Admissions/Recruiter Advisors at USF Polytechnic are available to assist students who are ctively seeking admission to USFP. They are available to review transcripts and provide guidance in the transfer process. For students who are not ready to enroll at USFP, but may be interested in pursuing higher education opportunities, this office can assist educational planning. Admissions/Recruiter Advisors are often in the community, speaking with prospective students at high schools, community colleges, other universities, companies and other organizations.

Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid is available as a resource to assist in identifying options to finance the student's education. Available financial aid includes federal and state-based grants, student loans, USF scholarships, USFP-Based scholarships. Financial aid professionals are available to discuss the process and requirements for any available student financial aid.

Orientation
Orientation is the first official event required for all newly admitted students at USFP. At orientation new students will learn about academic policies and procedures, registration processes and student services. In order to attend orientation, students must be admitted to the university and sign up to attend one of the sessions.

Registration
Registration for all students is done online through OASIS. Prior to registration, students should view their records through OASIS to determine their registration time and identify existing holds. Specific assistance with registration can be provided through either the Academic Program Specialist or Academic Advising.
