I love everything about central Florida, the weather of course and the beaches, the night life, the people, there are just too many things I mean its FLORIDA the sunshine state what is there NOT to like.

What songs would I find on your iPod?

For Shaun Kerewala, small classes plus outstanding professors equals the perfect university.

"The classes at USF Polytechnic are much smaller," he says, "and I like the extra effort and individual attention from my professors that one could only dream about at another university."

"All the professors are extremely well versed in what they do. We have Dr. Marshall who gives great lectures and then Dr. Greenidge who does great hands-on practical work incorporated with technology and then we have Dr. Taylor and Dr. Suich who push us to our limits."

"With such great professors on the staff I would say I made the right choice in going to USF Polytechnic. It's extremely diverse and I meet new people every day."

When he's not going to class, studying or working one of two jobs, Shaun enjoys hanging out at the SGA office. "The people are great," he says, "and they put together some great events."

A graduate student, Shaun looks forward to receiving a master's in counseling in December 2009. From there, he says, "I would like to go for my doctorate and then be a psychologist. One day I plan open my own practice to help my community."
