USF Polytechnic's education programs are part of USF's large urban college, the 7th largest in the nation, and assist's in graduating more first-year teachers than any other Florida university. We are known for our innovative approaches to today's education challenges and prepares teachers, support personnel and other professional educators to improve teaching, learning and leadership techniques through research and practice.

The College holds the most reputable accreditations for the academic programs it provides including the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the Florida Department of Education approval for its certification programs. Some programs hold addiitonal discipline-specific accreditation requiring even higher standards within the field of study.
