What is the GPA requirement for the College of Business?
Students must earn a 2.5 cumulative GPA in all college courses before entrance into the College of Business.

Do I have to complete all state-mandated courses prior to taking courses within my major?
Yes, you must be admitted into your major before you can take courses in which are geared to a specific major, such as marketing, general business, finance, information technology, management, economics, and international business.

What does PBA mean?
All incoming students who have not met the College of Business entrance requirements will be listed as a pre-business student (PBA) until requirements are met.

If I need to take state-mandated or any general education courses how do I go about enrolling to complete requirements since USF Polytechnic only offers junior/senior level courses?
You can register for required state-mandated or general education courses at USF Tampa or at a Florida community college. You must get a Cross Enrollment Form from the Advising Office if you decide to take a course at a Florida community college. You can send this form by email or fax.
