USF Polytechnic's business program offers undergraduate and graduate education that ranks among the state's most affordable, accredited, and comprehensive degrees awarded. In an era where college costs are constantly rising, our low tuition and high quality education provide superior value. Students learn the fundamentals of business, which include principles of finance, management, marketing, and the essential framework of financial accounting and technology. Upon this base of knowledge, students then pursue their academic interests by selecting a specific course of study related to their career goals.

The Business Division offers bachelor's degrees in marketing and general business and a master's in business administration. At USF Polytechnic, our goals include developing students' critical- thinking and decision-making skills. Each business course gives students the tools to develop strategies for organizations by emphasizing best practices, ethics, and a macro-environmental perspective. The faculty includes academically qualified, active researchers in finance, management and marketing along with professionally qualified instructors in accounting and marketing actively engaged with clients. Each faculty member is committed to delivering a quality AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) education and brings a unique perspective to the classroom to ensure USF Polytechnic students maximize their abilities as they learn the foundation of business.

The faculty lay the foundation of business knowledge and enhance students' comprehension through upper-level courses using applied experience with actual clients, simulations and case studies. The hands-on approach to education offers students a progressive learning environment and prepares them for business careers at a high level. This depth of instruction helps students to develop the professional skills, especially speech and writing abilities, most valued in the business world.

Students deciding to study at USFP will certainly be placed in a unique academic community that will stimulate and sustain the growth of high technology between Tampa and Orlando and occupy an unprecedented niche in Florida's cluster of accredited colleges and universities. A USF Polytechnic business education may be the best investment toward a student's career goals.
