The Associate Vice President of Campus Planning & Facilities Operations is Dr. Alice Murray. Her office reports to the VP/CEO and is responsible for campus facilities, campus planning and development, and campus safety and security.

- Facilities Operations
- Overseeing day to day operations of campus facilities
- Coordinating with local, regional and state agencies regarding campus facilities usage and rental
Campus Planning and Development
- Providing leadership for planning the expansion of the Lakeland campus including the development of the new USF Polytechnic campus at the intersection of I-4 and the Polk Parkway
Campus Safety and Security
- Providing leadership in developing and implementing the campus safety plan
- Functioning as the director of the campus Emergency Operations Center, working in coordination and collaboration with her PCC counterpart
- Ensuring that the campus is in compliance with all state, federal and local safety standards
